Wintershall Libya Oil Company
A concession company active in the field of oil exploration and production in Libya since 1958. It has more than 150 wells dug. With annual production of about 30 million barrels of oil.

Mellita Oil & Gas Company
A joint venture company established in 2008 between the National Oil Corporation(NOC) and ENI North Africa with a daily production of 600,000 barrels of oil equivalent, in addition to producing about 450 tons of sulfur per day.
It also operates a number of land and marine fields in addition to a floating tank, and it operates a network of land pipelines and a sea pipeline connecting the industrial complex of Mellité to the southern coast of Italy.

Akakus Oil Operation Company
A joint venture between the National Oil Corporation(NOC) and a consortium of companies consisting of Total, OMV and Repsol. The company manages exploration and production in the western Libya, with a production capacity of 300,000 barrels per day.

Harouge Oil Operation Company
Explores and produces oil in eight concession contracts, most of which are located onshore in the area of the Sirte (geological) basin. and this corporation’s production operations span over 20 oil fields.

Zueitina Oil Company
A Libyan joint venture between the National Oil Corporation(NOC), the American corporation Occidental Petroleum and the Austrian corporation OMV. The company runs a number of oil fields as well as a seaport.

WAHA Oil Company
A joint venture between the National Oil Corporation(NOC) and a consortium of Marathon Oil, ConocoPhillips and US Hess. The company runs a number of offshore oil fields.

Total E&P Company
Has been operating in Libya since 1956. The company runs exploration and production tasks in a number of land and marine fields, most notably the fields of Al-Jarf, Al-Mabrouk and Merzak.

Indian Oil Corporation
